At Athens Spine Center, we welcome new patients by referral only from licensed medical professionals.
Who Can Refer?
Referrals are accepted from a variety of healthcare providers, including:
Primary Care Physicians (PCPs)
Orthopedic Surgeons
Chiropractors
Neurologists
Neurosurgeons
Referral Requirements
To ensure timely and appropriate care, please include the following documentation with the referral:
- Relevant office notes outlining the patient's pain condition
- Imaging studies related to the area of pain
- Complete patient demographic information
